Child Support is Extortion and Exploitation on the part of the Law Givers (Politicians)! We are supposed to have civil rights that says laws are to be equal and not to favor one sex or race over the other. Seeing that our law givers overridden this is beyond me. Seeing how we let this go on is ridiculous and humiliating as American people.But the politicians were crafty when they did this. They used the two words "Child Support" to create some sympathy. That is why thoes that do not deal with this issue believe it is just and fair. Some even think that I must be evil for fighting this issue. But I fight for equality and fairness. Not for someone to merely abandon their responsibility.The government handed every male a contract that overridden the bigger contract of equality and fairness. This contract undermines the male civil rights to withdraw from parenthood while favoring the female.I like to tell people to imagine if females could not have an abortion or put their child up for adoption. I take you back to a time when this was true when babies were killed before being conceived by the mother performing her own abortion by sticking a hanger up herself. I take you to a time when mothers were leaving their babies at the door steps of strangers home hoping they were good people. Women were up against serious health risk by trying to play doctor. And you think abortion is the only thing that will leave a scare on the mental. That is the reason that our government passed this law in Row vs Wade. This was done to give the female the option to withdraw her parenthood rights if she choose. But this is clearly favoring the female and not the male. It is to say the the male can not experience the burden of being a parent. In fact, he is enforced to give financially and not physical support by the government. This should give you an ideal of the motive behind this child support.All males are treated unfairly by this law. In. fact the child is too. I believe that just because a male is poor and can not pay child support it does not mean he is a dead beat. However, he is being enforced even without a job. Child support payment add up regardless. A warrant for the arrest is given regardless also. Even if a male has no job then he still has a warrant out for his arrest. This is not done for him to do time but to rob him of anything of value he might have on him and also scare him into posting bond in which the money goes to the government for collection.Why is this not right? Well, it makes no sense to rob peter to pay Paul! This child support really seems to be out for males especially the poor. Remember I said that the poor are less likely to vote and stand up for their rights. You might say the male that does not provide for his kid has no argument but is it the same case with females? Before you can answer that currently the law shows that it favors the females by giving her the right to withdraw. Your unemployment check will be garnished for child support. If that does not hurt the poor I do not know what will. If you own a car or house it could be taken away. Just pay your child support you say but when you do not have a job its impossible. Child support will continue to add up. Get a job you say? Well what if you are from the inner city were there is high unemployment and the only employment is low pay jobs. Get that low pay job you say? I say that after child support takes its cut you would not even have enough for transportation to the job.You might say I know my government will not do you this way with out the right to challenge how much you pay. Your right! There is a way to challenge what you pay but there is a mandatory 10 month wait. In the mean time a poor male has to fend for himself thinking that the government is against him. This issues is indeed stuff but it could be avoided if the government grant males the right to withdraw just like females. This will be hard because the government will have to admit guilt or a mistake by actually favoring the female and forgetting about the males.But there is another way by means of the voting ballot.
