HUD video of Air Force artist Lee Bivens 3 bombing runs (and bomb drops) then 2 air to air dogfights at close range (we killed bogie with machine gun) Notice the "pipper" in the center of the HUD display-when it changes from ground point (impact prediction mark) to dogfight mode you will see the "basket" which estimates where your bullets will strike in an dogfight. Exactly half way and 2/3 way thru video are the two clode encounter dogfights. If you slow down the film you can see confirm kill on first and at least damage on the second bogie.
