  • This is a video of me running the lights via a Status Cue console @ Buddy's Late Night Annapolis circa mid to late 1990's. I worked with Vance S. who was an amazing teacher! I really miss working the clubs and hope to get back! Buddy's closed long ago but the restaurant on Main St. Annapolis is still there! In its spot now is of all things: a Harley Davidson dealership! I really think the club was a 'toy' for its owner and management. The lights were fun and worked well - but permanently mounted to the somewhat low ceilings. No chance for movement! Unlike the DC club that I worked at that had a grid of hang points and pigtails - I believe 120 circuits - to plug up anything you could imagine. The layout changed every three months! The sound system at Buddy's was a Bose I think... not the right thing for a club I was told.
