Butch Thompson, probably best known for the years he played piano and clarinet on on Garrison Keeler's Prarie Hometown Companion, adopts for the night here Marty Eggers on bass and Hal Smith on drums. Marty is best known for the years he spent with the San Francisco trio "Bo Grumpus". Hal has worked with almost everybody that's anybody, including Ralph Sutton, Dick Wellstood, and most recently boogie players Ray Skjelbred and Sonny Leeland.
