- There's many lemon battery vids on here but I decided to make my own anyway. Why? Because it's so fricken easy and unlike the onion and Gatorade ipod charger this one is actually legit. Given enough lemons someone could charge their ipod this way. Why? Because you can?Sorry it's dark at the beginning. I could have used a flashlight but it's a short an unnecessary part anyway. Search for "lemon battery" on interweb and you'll find more info than you ever wanted to know on how this works.This is the real fruit / vegetable battery the others are based on. My personal favorite so far is the baseball battery. I gave you 5 stars whoever you are. Nicely done.
