It is not only wrong and unethical to exploit non human animals, we are harming ourselves in the process and peace will never be achievable within ourselves or in the world until animal exploitation ends. There was a time when slavery was condoned by the public. There was a time when it was acceptable to experiment on disabled children. There will come a time when society will look back in horror at these centuries of animal exploitation. Humans do not need to eat meat or dairy to be healthy as millions of vegans will attest.
