On Saturday 14th of July 2007 thousands of drivers, cyclists, skaters and pedestrians willingly spent a day nose-to-tail in a road standstill. It was the day that "the most fun traffic jam in the Netherlands" lined up on the newly built N470. mijN470 gave local residents and future users a chance to lay claim to the road for one day, just before the road opened for traffic. The project turned the road into a podium for playful activities: an XL street party that - in good Dutch tradition - was put up by the people themselves...mijN470 is a project by Artgineering
