  • Flood waters fill our parking area and destroyed several apartments on the lower floor on Monday December 3rd 2007 at the Avalon Rock Meadow Apartments in Bothell Washington. two retention ponds merged together and the drains clogged making for a wattery mess. this video is boring i know but yo can see the extent of the water damage and all the property and vehicles it ruined. the center of the water is aboiut 4' deep. It stalled over 12 cars total until it was able to drive through the water as it was to deep. people kept driving anyways. very dumb ideas, i'll add others as i have time, there are 4-5 of our apartment on here of the Major flooding
