  • London: 5 December 2007Flash Alert!10th Anniversary of Chicago in London with a special charity gala performance at the Cambridge Theatre and proceeds will be in aid of Breast Cancer Haven and the Breast Health Institute.Ten years is a significant anniversary for a show and the Roxies, Billy Flynns, Amos Harts and Mama Mortons got back together for a standing-ovation finale. Plenty of musical theatre and TV stars today at this event and photo call. Got some memorable soundbites; Gaby Roslin - 1:32 "it's flaming cold what a stupid day not to put my coat on, I need a thermal" Your smile warmed us Gaby. There was a lovely story I watched as a mum and daughter with a present for Tony Hadley's daughter. "We love him to bits" the mum told me. They queued up all afternoon beside me to meet him and pass the present. And got their wish :-) Tamsin Outhwaite - 8:16 had photo with fan and said "on the phone" Nice one! Gloria Hunniford says "you have to have your longjohns on for tonight". Agreed. It was f f f freezing.
