- Heidi Klum parks in handicapped zone and is being sued by Van Cleef & Arpel's.Recently Heidi Klum has been spotted parking her SUV in handicapped zones ...handicapped zones which are set aside specifically for disabled persons. Miss Klum looked very able bodied when she was caught breaking the law and taking a valuable parking place that was reserved for persons who really needed it.No one should ever park in a handicapped parking space unless they are disabled.Please respect the laws and insure disabled person are treated with the greatest of respect.Thank You.Sincerely,Sharon A.
