- This is the first time EDF Energy has ever aired a TVC. Which is part of a full scale multi-media advertising campaign that goes live on Sunday (6 January 2008) with this 60 sec TV advert made entirely from recycled film clips.The soundtrack featured in the advert, "It's Not Easy Being Green", has been adapted from the original version written by Joe Raposo for Sesame Street in 1970. In this case the song is used to highlight that while it may be difficult to change behaviour over night, it's up to all of us to become part of the solution in helping combat climate change.
